The Norbreeze Group Board of Directors includes Mr. Waldemar Schmidt and the founders, Mr. Anders Peter Juel Sauerberg and Ms. Anne Trads Juel Sauerberg. The board lead and formulate the Group’s strategic objectives to ensure appropriate resources are made available to enable the Group to meet its objectives. All directors boast a wide range of experience and skills, bringing independent judgement on issues of strategy, performance, resources, and standards of conduct. |
About Mr. Waldemar Schmidt
Mr. Waldemar Schmidt was appointed as the Group’s Chairman in March 2014. Mr. Schmidt is responsible for charting strategic directions for the Norbreeze Group as it expands their business network in Asia, including acquiring new brands.
Mr. Schmidt has a stellar standing in the international business community and has been the force behind several listed Multi-National Companies.
