Position Title:​​ Supervisor (Monica Vinader) Westgate Outlet
Reports To: ​​Retail Manager
Direct Reports:​ Senior/Sales Associate
 
Objective of role:The Supervisor is to drive results and enhance the customer experience by providing exceptional service and guide juniors to excel.

Key accountabilities:

• Assist or assume the Boutique Manager during his/her absence
• Guide, mentor and provide coaching for new hires, under performing staff and existing staffs on selling skills and product knowledge
• Assist customers in repairs, damages, polishingOrder non stocks for store operationsAchieve individual sales targets & overall store targets
  
• Receive inventory and ensure accuracy
  
• Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend accordingly
• Educate customers on the benefits/Finishing of Monica Vinader’s Jewellery
• Offer solutions for out of stock items i.e. alternate item, etc
• Offer additional styles or colours to increase sales levers
• Process and follow up customer’s request
• Ensure Visual displays are adhering to guidelines stipulated by Monica Vinader
• Ensure all keep stocks & display PODs are counted on a daily basis
• Ensure cashier counter are neat and tidy at all times
• Ensure VM works are updated and maintained by team
  
• To submit all relevant trade reports to Retail and Brand Operations Manager
• Performs all other duties as assigned by Retail or Brand Operations Manager
