Objective of role
Responsible for managing key accounts and retailers in Malaysia. You will also develop and implement sales strategies by identifying growth opportunities, playing a pivotal role in the successful management of strategic partnerships.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Implement strategies to maximise existing and new business opportunities
• Partner with key accounts (retailers and distributors) and develop strategies to     maximise existing and new business opportunities
• Lead and grow a portfolio of accounts through strong engagement with internal and external stakeholders 
• Drive business discussions, negotiations, setting clear annual targets to optimize growth
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives and goals
• Build 3YP, business plans, sales budgets and strategy to deliver exponential growth
• Proactively monitor accounts to identify and address areas that may impact revenue, profitability and or growth
• Lead data and performance analysis of accounts across the market
• Identify potential opportunities within the market of responsibility

 
 
Requirements:

• Minimally 3 years’ experience in strategic partnership building and key account management
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field
• Results-driven, and a strong interest and a good understanding of the timepieces and jewellery distribution landscape in Malaysia
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and advance MS Office skills
