Items purchased at PANDORA Vietnam stores may be permitted for a one time exchange per receipt if returned within 14 days with proof of purchase or valid gift receipt. This is subject to the restriction and conditions below:
All items must be returned in resalable condition in original packaging and exchanged only one time per receipt. Goods sold are not refundable. No exchanges or refunds are permitted for sale goods and promotion items.
Please retain the receipt as proof of purchase. The standard warranty is for 1 (one) year from the date of purchase. Except for glass charms, wooden charms, leather items and strings, which have a 30 (thirty)-day warranty from date of purchase.
Pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.
Items purchased via the internet are not accepted for refunds or exchanges and no exceptions will be made for such items under any circumstance.

Jewellery Warranty
All PANDORA jewellery products are covered by a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Wearing counterfeit or non-PANDORA charms can damage PANDORA bracelets and will void the warranty. PANDORA will not replace, fix or repair a product that has been used with non-PANDORA products. Stretching of PANDORA chains and bracelets is not considered a manufacturing defect. Do not expose your PANDORA products to harsh chemicals or environments. Silver pieces are given detail by oxidation. Exposure to harsh chemicals or environments can alter the appearance of your PANDORA product. These types of chemicals include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas.

General wear and tear, misuse, and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty.

Genuine pieces of jewellery provide lasting memories and symbolize the unforgettable moments in your life. Because genuine jewellery is kept for many years, the precious metals, stones, and cultured freshwater pearls need maintenance and care.
Protecting Your Jewellery
We recommend that customers remove jewellery before going to bed or participating in physical activity. Remember that jewellery must not be exposed to chlorine or salt water, as this will dull the appearance. Try to prevent your cultured freshwater pearls from being exposed to water and cleaning agents. Cultured freshwater pearls must only be cleaned with a soft brush or a cloth.
Cleaning Your Jewellery
To clean your jewellery, pour a small quantity of mild soap into some lukewarm water and use a small, soft toothbrush. Toothbrushes are ideal for deaning jewellery with patterns, which can otherwise be difficult to clean. If the dirt is hard to remove, soak the jewellery in clean water. However, remember that this cleaning method should not be used to clean jewelle,y with cultured freshwater pearls.
A silver-polishing cloth is a great tool to make your silver jewellery shine again if the pieces have become dull. However, it will not remove scratches. Silver-polishing cloths can be purchased from PANDORA retailers or your local goldsmith.

Storing Your Jewellery
Jewellery should be stored away from natural sunlight and heat, in a protective (lined) jewellery box or a tarnish-resistant pouch. It can also be stored in a plastic zip lock bag made of Mylar or polyethylene. Never use polyvinyl plastic bags, such as trash can liners as they contain sulfur compounds, or rubber containers which will make sterling silver tarnish faster and can also turn silver jeweler black. Do not store your jewellery in the bathroom.
Please note that our PANDORA white gift boxes are not made for long-term storage as they are not airtight and tarnishing will occur over time.
Annual Service
Gold and silver are soft metals and become worn with use. This is true for all genuine jewellery. Depending on the degree of use, it is recommended that your jewellery be inspected at least once a year by a goldsmith. In particular, it is important that clasps, mounts, and soldering are checked.
The Bracelet
The PANDORA bracelet stretches over time as weight (e.g. charms) is put on the bracelet. The chain, commonly called a snake chain, is made out of many little rings which are twisted very tightly into the chain. When buying a new bracelet, it should be fairly tight. There should be no more than a thumb space between your wrist and the bracelet.
Oxidation
Oxidation disappears with time. How quickly depends on how the jewellery is treated. Things which can cause the oxidation to fade include: perspiration, chlorine, perfumes, cleaning agents, and silver polish. Oxidation that fades is considered normal wear and tear and is not a defect. We do not recommend using silver polishing liquid. Oxidized (dark) jewellery does not benefit from being dipped in silver polishing liquid, as it destroys the oxidation.
Cultured Freshwater Pearls
Cultured freshwater pearls cannot withstand silver polish. Avoid contact with makeup, creams, chemicals, and deaning agents.
Enamel
All enamel is Italian made without glass, which makes it more durable.
Leather
Leather is a natural product that will benefit from careful protection. Do not use in water or other liquids that may cause discoloration. Leather can stretch and relax over time; stretching is not a defect in this product. As a natural feature of genuine leather, you may notice gentle shading and variations in color. You may also experience a change in the shade of the leather due to oils in the skin and the addition of charms to the bracelet or necklace.
Use with a maximum of 7-9 charms. When adding charms to the new leather bracelets, please take care to hold the leather bracelet steady and twist the charm onto the bracelet. Be careful not to twist the leather part of the bracelet when adding charms, as the leather may be damaged.
Macramé
Our macrame bracelets require the same level of care and handling as all PANDORA jewellery can be cleaned gently with a mild soap and water. It is not recommended that you expose or submerge your macrame bracelet to water for prolonged periods of time as this may have adverse effects on the jewellery.
Color Cords
Colar cords are made of synthetic fibers, which may become damaged or discolored if submerged in water.
Pandora Rose
Maintain the wonderful shine and unique finish of PANDORA Rose by polishing the jewellery with a soft polishing cloth that doesn't have an integrated cleaning compound. To clean, simply dampen the cloth in lukewarm water, adding a small amount of mild soap, and rub gently on jewellery. Rinse with clean water and pat dry with a soft cloth. If jewellery is particularly dirty, soak for 5-10 minutes. Silver dips, cleaning compounds and polishing liquids are not recommended and contact with abrasive surfaces should be avoided. Do not expose the jewellery to contact with harsh chemicals, periume and lotions, and remove jewellery prior to bathing, swimming or coming into contact with water.
It is normal for plating to wear off over time. PANDORA's warranty does not cover this wear and tear. Jewellery can be re-plated but this service is not provided by PANDORA.
