THE ROLE The Asia Sales Manager will be responsible for AUGUST BERG's B2B sales in Japan and Asia and for achieving the business's full potential within the territory. The responsibility includes the territory B2B P&L, execution of the confirmed strategy, commercial results, the AUGUST BERG brand, Business Plans and achieving annual budgets as approved by AUGUST BERG's Board. You will also develop and implement sales strategies by identifying growth opportunities and playing a pivotal role in successfully managing customer relationships. THE RESPONSIBILITIES
