Position Summary:
The Bar Manager is responsible for controlling the running of the store daily while also training the team. The role is about developing & optimising the running of a store through training, instructing & developing the team.

Responsibilities:
1. Cleaning / Hygiene

• Maintain high standards
• Maintain high standards of cleaning & hygiene across the entire store and team.
• Ensure all daily & weekly tasks are carried out accordingly.
• Update that full team has Alimentas
  
  

2. Stock Handling, Waste Control & Product Quality

• Managing the entire stock system through correct counting, deliverance, FIFO and communicating stock & analysing ideals.
• Minimize waste for the store.
• Assessing & overseeing the team’s product handling with measure, type in & product quality.
  
  

3. Shiftplanning

• Making the full shiftplan for all employees, following the grids sent by HQ, updating any alterations (sickness, switches or lateness) and closing days.
• Communicating work schedules to team.
  
  

4. Juicer Training & assessment

• Training team fully through Basic Juicer Training, Times Tests & Advanced Programs.
• Assessing & following up on the full team’s level of product quality, speed, customer dialogue & principle following using the Juicer Assessment sheet.
• Shift Manager / Assistant Manager training using the programs accordingly.
  
  

5. General Store Structures

• Implementing & maintaining structures for running store efficiently including;
• E-Smiley
• Clean-on-the-Go
• Pre-Close
• Equipment & Maintenance Check
• Daily Workflow
• Ideal Bar Stock
• Ideal Prep
• Shiftchange
• FIFO
