• The giveaway begins at 09:00 (GMT+8) on Monday, 3 October 2016 and ends 12:00 (GMT+8) on Monday, 10 October 2016. After this date, no further entries will be permitted.
• During the above-mentioned times, Facebook users are automatically entered into the A Time to Remember giveaway when they complete the following:
  1. Like the official @BeringTimeSG page on Facebook;
  2. Comment on the A Time to Remember BERING Singapore Facebook Giveaway post (found here: [(to be edited with direct link to post after post goes live] and tell us who you spent the most memorable moment in your life with, and why.
  3. Entries are only accepted via Facebook.
• No purchase is necessary to enter. Each user is entitled to a one-time participation.

One winner will be selected at random to win the below prize:

• This prize draw is open to anyone based in Singapore and aged 18 years or over, except employees of Norbreeze Group Pte. Ltd., their partners, families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
• All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for a cash equivalent.
• The winner will be chosen at random by Norbreeze Group Pte. Ltd. from all successful entries received and verified by Norbreeze Group Pte. Ltd.
• The winner will be notified by @BeringTimeSG page via Facebook comment within three (3) working days from the draw date.
• Draw date is Wednesday, 12 October 2016. If unclaimed within the redemption period, the prize will be forfeited.
• Norbreeze Group Pte. Ltd. reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, at its sole discretion, the A Time to Remember BERING Singapore Facebook Giveaway cannot be conducted as specified. Norbreeze Group Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
