ABOUT COCOMI
COCOMI (Formerly Norbreeze Timepieces) was established in 2004 and is a leading accessible luxury Watch and Jewellery Distributor in Southeast Asia. COCOMI operates more than 20 stores in Singapore & Malaysia. Further, the company manage all sales channels, such as wholesale, ecommerce, and travel retailers, and is an omnichannel retailer of the world's leading accessible luxury watch brands, such as AUGUST BERG, BERING, BOSS, COACH, DANIEL WELLINGTON, HUGO, LACOSTE, MVMT, OLIVIA BURTON, TOMMY HILFIGER, CALVIN KLEIN, and others.

THE ROLE
The CEO of COCOMI will be responsible for all aspects of the COCOMI business and for achieving the full potential of the business. This responsibility includes but is not limited to the overall profit & loss, Balance Sheet, cashflow, execution of strategy agreed upon with the Board, the COCOMI brand, Business Plans and achieving annual budgets as approved by the Board. Part of the responsibility is to build the organisation in Vietnam. The CEO will manage the COCOMI team and resources across Southeast Asia and, in particular, Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam. 

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall responsible for COCOMI's P&L, balance sheet, cashflow, Business Plan 2025 and annual budgets as approved by the Board
• Lead the development and execution of the company's strategy  
• Take full ownership and provide company-wide leadership
• Permeate the Group's corporate values throughout the organization
• Lead the overall operations, organisation's resources and make major decisions affecting the organisation
• Work closely with the Chairman of the COCOMI Board and Board of directors
• Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments, etc.
• Make high quality investment decisions to advance the business and increase profit
• Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics
• Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders
• Lead business activities across Asia and ensure desired transformation and growth results are achieved.

​KEY REQUIREMENTS

• MSc/MA in business administration or relevant field
• Team player
• Proven experience and successful performance in a similar position in the same geography
• Result-oriented, ambitious, sales driven and looking to grow with the company
• Strong hands-on leadership, problem-solving and  communication skills
• Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing the vision
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
• Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices
• Outstanding leadership qualities & people management skills
