We are looking for yet another superstar to join our ecommerce venture COCOMI – www.cocomi.com. For the position as Content Manager we need a person that has proven experience in managing content in an ecommerce platform across various markets. You will be given the responsibility for maintaining the website in all 9 markets, a strong passion for ecommerce is needed. We will be offering you to be part of an exciting adventure, building a big global ecommerce player.

​Objective of role:

• Manage the website on daily basis, ensuring that it is instantly optimized for generating revenue.
• Responsible for organizing and implementing promotions, web maintenance troubleshooting and maintaining online catalogue.

Key accountabilities:

• Create and maintain all online content, keeping it consistent with good SEO practice in mind.
• Making sure URLs and tags are optimized for search engines.
• Create a consistent brand image, reviewing web analytics, products and onsite search sales in order to identify and implement unique, emerging products or categories.
• Create landing pages for special campaigns and promotions.
• Creating an optimal user-experience by manging product placement, content, photography and navigation.
• Set-up promotions and campaigns.
• Send out newsletters/EDM.
• Assisting in improving UX with improved conversion as the target
• Working with a cross-departmental team, maintain and develop a master content calendar.
• Proofreading all emails, website content and promotional marketing materials and working with copywriters to ensure 100% consistency.
• Keeping up-to-date with latest market trends and ensuring content is created with this and customers in mind.
• Leverage relationships both internally and externally to create streamlined web enhancements and key marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience of which 3 years in similar capacity, working with ecommerce platforms.
• A good understanding of creation of relevant & engaging content.
• Sound knowledge of SEO and consumer needs.
• Sound level of technical understanding.
• Hands on experience working with content management on ecommerce platforms.
• Hands on experience uploading product information via PIM or ERP system.
• Hands on experience working with email marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of web analytics tracking.
• Knowledge of Photoshop.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Keen interest in fashion with an excellent eye for detail.
• Proven track record.
• Analytical capability.
• Be able to work independently.
• Strong influencing capability and collaborative skills.
• Clear thought processes with strong ability to prioritize, manage conflicts and operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Resourceful with strong planning and organization skills
• Demandware experience is an advantage.
• Using data analysis to improve performance, sales & user experience.
