Position Title:​​ Digital Marketing Executive (Vietnam)
Reports to: Marketing Manager (Singapore)

Objective(s) of role:

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns that deliver on business’s sales objectives and grow Cocomi’s brand awareness in Vietnam market.
• Manage Cocomi (VN) social marketing channels to grow social following, presence, and engagement.
• Grow customer base through sign-up acquisitions, call-to-action content on all digital and social channels (owned and paid).

Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities:

• Build and implement content calendar across all Cocomi (VN) social media channels: 
• Manage content conceptualizing, planning and creation.
• Upholding Cocomi’s brand identity and principal brand guidelines from page design to content curation.
• Execute photoshoot and video shoo whenever necessary– as part of content creation process.
• Copywriting of social and digital content to maintain engagement and deliver on the intended call-to-action.
• Plan and execute digital ads, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, email, and digital displays.
• Monitoring and sharing new and latest digital marketing trends for business considerations.
• Develop content for eDMs intended to drive loyalty engagement and optimize metrics (open-rate, click-throughs, conversion sales,etc)
• Prepare monthly reports to evaluate digital/ social media marketing efforts VS. ROIs and provide key learnings for future implementations.
• Provide recommendations to optimize ad spend to drive objectives including social following growth and brand engagements.
• Track and manage social media & digital marketing spend budgets.

Without referral to manager

• Prioritization of work tasks
• Resolution of decision regarding the day-to-day implementation/execution of the Approved Marketing Plan

Key attributes:

• Strong written and spoken language proficiency in English and Vietnamese
• 2-3 years’ experience in digital marketing, multi-brand, retail environment
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Effective project management skills
• Creative, meticulous with an eye for details and aesthetics
• Resourceful, efficient and able to work independently
• Familiar with: Sendible, Klaviyo, Canva, or similar tools
• Familiar with Google and Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising tools.
• Basic designing/editing skills with Adobe Premier, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Basic photography and videography skills.
