Objective of role:

• ​Assist in the strategic development of digital marketing campaigns & social media content creation to promote Norbreeze’s Portfolio of Brands across assigned market e-commerce site and retail store. 
• Generate commercial sales and optimize marketing ROI through digital campaigns, social media management and analytics, as well as performance marketing.

• Communicate brand values effectively thru social media community and location targeting to grow consumer segment, retail engagement and brand followers.

• Grow loyalty consumer base thru EDM sign-up acquisition, EDM call-to-action content across social media & digital channels.

• Optimize visitors, sales conversion and average transaction thru integrated E-commerce, communications, marketing campaigns, promotions, advertising and loyalty engagements.

• Communicate brand values and increase brand affinity with target customer segment and authorized retailer. 

​Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities

• Developing and coordinating social media & digital marketing strategies and campaigns with stakeholders to establish brand grow across region market.
• Managing social media & digital marketing budgets and tracking of expenditure & ROIs.
• Planning and executing online and e-commerce marketing plan to web footfall and sales conversion across assign e-commerce market.
• Managing digital marketing assets and social media postings, content creations, production and content calendar of assign brands across region markets.
• Evaluating e-commerce consumer journey and EDM efficiencies for campaign and seasonal promotion.
• Managing campaign execution across digital and social media, including developing post-campaign evaluation report for management & brand principle review.

Suggested Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• Strong command in oral and written English.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• 3 to 4 years’ experience in a Social Media & Digital Marketing role.
• E-commerce management or regional experience is an advantage.
