Position Title: Finance cum office coordinator (Hong Kong)
Reports To: ​​Group HR Manager/Retail Manager (Macau)
Direct Reports:​ NIL
 
Objective of role:
To support the overall administration that ensures an engaged, highly skilled and cohesive workforce.

Key accountabilities:

• Administer staff resignations, final payment and employee exit interview etc
• Preparation of staff monthly Payroll
• Maintain personal files and update HR database
• Administering annual leave applications and medical leaves.
• Prepare employment contract for new local / foreign staff
• Prepare letter of confirmation, promotion, and increment/gratuity (Work with HR in Singapore)

• Handling staff group medical / workmen’s compensation claims (Work with HR in Singapore)
• Support HR in ad-hoc HR and Admin related duties
• Liaising with auditors and statutory boards and any party in connection with payroll matters
• Liaison with government bodies for new application/renewal of work permit / employment / S pass for foreign staff
• Year-end processing employee’s income tax
• Maintain the office administration duties
• Support relevant departments in admin matters (Eg; Liaising with suppliers, contractors etc)
• Maintain filing
• Manage/Handle petty cash, nets cards/ daily tabulations
• Liaise with suppliers, external & internal stakeholders
• Consolidate daily sales report
• Reimburse petty cash for Macau
• Handle invoices
• Support Retail Manager in terms of admin matters

 
Requirements:

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
