Position Title:​​ Head of Group HR (Regional)
Reports to: CEO, Norbreeze Group

​Objective of role:
Be the senior HR Lead (internal and external) for Norbreeze Group on all matters pertaining to HR, including but not limited to Employer Branding, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition & Development, Business Partnering and Learning & Development. Be a strategic partner to and work closely with the Executive Management team and to the organization at large. Promote employee engagement, motivation and development of a strong company team culture.
Manage and ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures in Singapore and across the region, including but not limited to Vietnam.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR, including in-house payroll.
• Provide focused, business-minded HR leadership to the business and is part of its success by translating business vision and strategy into an executable people strategy.
• Accountable for attracting and retaining top talent and ensuring a best-in-class employee experience.
• Establishes credibility throughout the organization and sets an example as a proactive leader who earns respect by demonstrating a sound understanding of business objectives and goals.
• Showcases influence and decision-making in the areas of leadership and management, change management, organization development and design, performance management, talent development, work force planning and employee engagement, relations, and communications.
• Coaches and influences senior leadership team.
• Develops plans for implementation and communication of key HR processes including recruiting, compensation, talent management, performance management, leadership development, and workforce planning.
• Gathers and analyses internal and external data, evidence-based research, benchmarks, and business metrics to make critical decisions.
• Provides guidance and input on organizational structure, workforce planning and succession planning. Assesses and anticipates HR-related needs within the organization.
• Maintains current knowledge of related compliance and legal rules and regulations, fulfils compliance and reporting requirement.

 
Key Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Human Resource, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 15 years of experience in progressive leadership HR roles – Retail, FMCG, F&B or Hospitality experience preferred, BUT not a MUST.
• Proven track record in delivering high performance / results across geographies and cultures.
• Ability to work with cross functional leaders at operational level, as well as being a strategic partner to local and regional leaders.
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Demonstrate ability to successfully drive initiative in a matrix environment and work with all levels of the organization.
• Aptitude in coaching and providing advice to direct/indirect teams and partnering with commercial leaders on all aspects of employee matters.
• Possess prior experience in setting up and implementing HRIS.
