About Us
Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Singapore, Norbreeze Group is co-owned and operated by Danish duo Anders Peter Juel Sauerberg and Anne Trads Juel Sauerberg. Instilled with a deep passion for Danish design, the couple established the company with a focus to distribute, market, and build international lifestyle brands that share a timeless design philosophy with a consistent pursuit of functionalism and quality.

The Group now consist of a holding company and three businesses units:

• PANDORA INDOCHINA (master franchisee for Pandora Indochina)
• COCOMI (own brand and platform for 3rd party distribution brands focusing on Southeast Asia)

An Unique Opportunity
You will become part of an ambitious and fast-paced environment with other motivated and driven colleagues and be provided with the opportunity to be developed both personally and professionally whilst working with and reporting directly to the Co-Founder & CEO of Norbreeze Group.
   
Your Responsibilities
Your tasks will vary, but some of your responsibilities will be:

• Driving assigned projects, such as setting up new company entities and sales/financial/legal  infrastructure in EU and Asia.
• Anything related to building new companies
• Developing and executing strategies
• Analysing best route to market and drafting investment strategies
• Supporting expansion and daily operations

You will experience a steep learning curve, where you will sit at management and external meetings. Your responsibilities vary from marketing, analytics and recruitment to finance and much more.

About You
You possess an unparalleled work ethic with a high sense of urgency. You have a relentless drive and desire to be the very best at what you do. You take ownership of everything you do, are proactive and follow through on commitments. Moreover, you are humble, and you share our passion for creating and executing strategies as well as new businesses. Furthermore, we expect that you:

• Have acquired a Bachelor or master’s degree with outstanding results
• Have 1-2 years of experience from a start-up, consultancy firm, bank, or top tier organisations
• Possess exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Have a genuine interest in learning and is proactively looking for ways to improve
