Return Policy
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, we will be happy to offer you a one to one exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. This includes sale items.
Goods purchased in-store must be returned to us in perfect condition (unworn) and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund. Goods purchased online cannot currently be returned at Monica Vinader boutiques and counters.
Engraved items and earrings are non-returnable/non-refundable. Proof of purchase must be provided to process the refund or exchange.
Processing Your Refund
Upon receipt of items in-store, we will process your refund within 2 weeks. All refunds will be credited to the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
Exchange or Refund of A Gift
If you received a Monica Vinader item as a gift, and it is not suitable, you can exchange it within a 14 day period.

For exchanges of gifts, the value of the new item must be the same or higher than the original gift value. If the value exceeds the original gift value, you will be required to pay the difference.
