Objective of role:
Manage the day to day operations’ of stores with the assistance of SICs ensuring guidelines set by BOM and Country Manager are followed and execute in the best optimal result.

Key accountabilities:

• Sales and Operations
• Drive sales targets for retail to achieve monthly and yearly sales target
• Complement and double up BOM(Singapore) & Country Manager in all operations aspect on day to day operations activities
• Managing and motivating sales staff to increase sales and efficiency
• Support Country Manager as the “go-to” office support whenever BOM is not available
• Manage overall roster with all store in charges, relieve the store managers of roster managing at overview level
• Update sales staff, reinforcing and resolving day to day operational issues urgently
• Initiate changes to operations to improve businesses with close monitoring on daily business trend
• Be a counselling peer to retail staff whenever BOM is not available or when the retail staff is unable to raise the issue to BOM
• Be in charge of repairs and salvaging damaged products as a form of inventory control
• Participate to the HR activities such as hiring, assessment and termination of retail staff
• Develop quality sales staff in all stores through upgrading and intensive training of sales staff
• Coordinate with visual merchandising team in developing and training for VM guidelines.

Requirements:
With a minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar capacity.
