Position Title:​​ Sales Support Administrator (Timpieces)
Reports To: ​​Lawrence Ng / Jason Tan
Direct Reports:​ NIL
 
Objective of role:
Providing sales support to all Timepiece brands of Norbreeze Group.

Key accountabilities:

• To process and coordinate sales order
• Process trade documents such as purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices etc
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accordingly
• Work with team on alternatives for unfulfilment
• Upload data on new items, new prices or new markets to Navision
• Update pricings & product information and details for new launches & existing assortment extension
• Attend and coordinate all logistic matters with warehouse and Wholesales team
  
• Point of contact to forwarders on shipping issue
  
• Assist on various logistical or purchases report requirements
