“Lucky Draw” (“this Promotion”) Terms and
Conditions (“these Terms and Conditions”):
1. Term
1.1 This Promotion begins on 1 November 2014 and end on 31 April 2015.
2. Eligibility
2.1 This Promotion is open to all Norbreeze members.
2.2. You are excluded from this Promotion if you have:
(a) Unsubscribed from the membership program
(b) Registered incomplete information
(c) A member account that has been suspended, cancelled or terminated for whatsoever reason during the Promotion Period.
3. Participation
3.1 To participate in this Promotion you must be registered as a Norbreeze member at www.norbreezegroup.com
4. Conduct of Lucky Draws and Lucky Draw Prizes
4.1 There will be 1 Monthly Draw for this Promotion
4.2 Subject to the terms above, one (1) winner will be selected for the Monthly Draw.
Draw will be conducted on the following dates.

(c) A member account that has been suspended, cancelled or terminated for whatsoever reason during the Promotion Period.
3. Participation
3.1 To participate in this Promotion you must be registered as a Norbreeze member at www.norbreezegroup.com
4. Conduct of Lucky Draws and Lucky Draw Prizes
4.1 There will be 1 Monthly Draw for this Promotion
4.2 Subject to the terms above, one (1) winner will be selected for the Monthly Draw.
Draw will be conducted on the following dates.
4.3 Lucky Draw Prizes are as follows
4.4 A random winner will be selected from the pool of eligible entries.
4.5 Norbreeze member is only eligible to win the prize once during the promotion period.
4.6 The Lucky Draw Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash, credit or any other prizes and other items in part or in whole.
4.7 Winner will be notified by email, phone call, SMS or mail within fourteen (14) working days from each of the Draw date at their phone number, email address or mailing address registered in our records.
4.8 Prize is valid for 6 months from date of collection
4.9 All prizes which are not claimed after 1 month of notification shall be donated to the Community Chest.
4.10 Norbreeze reserve the right to draw reserve winners to substitute any winner subsequently found to be disqualified.
4.11 Norbreeze will not be liable or responsible whatsoever in respect of any damages or defects of the lucky draw prizes following the redemption
5. General
5.1 Norbreeze shall be entitled to use the name, identification numbers and photographs of any or all winners for print advertisements or other publicity materials; and may otherwise engage any or all winners for its publicity purposes without any compensation whatsoever and in such manner as we deem fit. In addition, participation in the Promotion is deemed express consent to disclosure of the participant's personal particulars to any person or entity involved in organising, promoting or conducting the lucky draws for purposes of the Promotion.
5.2 Norbreeze reserve the right to modify, update, add or remove any portion of this Term and Conditions to adapt to our services or to accommodate future changes to applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
5.3 Norbreeze may substitute prizes of similar value at any time without prior notice and without assigning reasons thereof.
5.4 Norbreeze may cancel or withdraw this Promotion at any time.
5.5 In case of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Promotion, Norbreeze decision is final and conclusive.
4.5 Norbreeze member is only eligible to win the prize once during the promotion period.
